About Samica
With 14 years of experience teaching across India, the UK and Ireland, I create a safe, supportive space where every student can learn at their own pace. I believe everyone can dance, and I prioritize clear guidance, mindful technique and respectful communication in every class. My approach is patient, structured and encouraging, with the difficulty level adjusted for each individual. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced mover, I aim to help you build confidence, reconnect with your body and enjoy the process of learning.

The class combines contemporary movement, technique work, improvisation and breathwork. Movement intensity and difficulty are personalized for every student. We begin with a warm-up, conditioning, movement practice, and finish with a cool-down.
