I have been playing league for a two years. Despite not having much time at my hands, I was still able to climb up to plat with a positive wr (up to 70% on my main lane.) so my actual elo could be higher.

I will start each lesson by getting to know you, your gameplay type, and your position. Then we will work on a few key points.
-Champion picking: the balance between serving the team and dominating lane
-Map awareness: get the most out of the minimap
-Macro mechanics: when to push ? when to freeze? Trade objectives?
-Micro mechanics: how to duel using subtle techniques with each champion?
Finally I will comment real time as well as duo ing.
