About Ramon
LEARN LIKE A BABY, SPEAK LIKE A NATIVE
English schools put a lot of emphasis on grammar and textbooks - which undoubtedly matter - but to really become fluent in a language, we need to listen first and foremost. And repeat. After all, we have all learned a language one day, and it has not been in any other way: babies (the most amazing pupils in this world) learn their native language mostly by listening, imitating and repeating the words spoken by adults incessantly. As they get a little older, they further develop this skill by interacting all the time in conversations, without fear or shame of making a mistake, until they finally assimilate language nuances and become fluent. This is what you should do: listen, repeat and talk, and this will be the North of our classes. For when it comes to learning a language, children are our greatest teachers.
CUSTOM CLASSES - TALK ABOUT WHAT YOU LIKE, FOCUS ON WHAT YOU NEED
Learning is always more effective when applied to the things you like. Therefore, I direct my classes differently to each student. Movies? Music? Travels? Professions? We will talk about the topics that interest you most, always using appropriate references and vocabularies. As a teacher certified by the TEP - Teacher Education Program (Enlgish teaching program led by ABA Global Education), my role will be to identify your language biases and pronunciation deviations so that we can work together to correct them. The result is light and fun lessons, always in tune with what interests you most and dedicated to what you really need.

I'm passionate about arts, culture and the English language. Graduated in Cinema from the Federal University of Pernambuco, I attended a year of academic exchange at Vanderbilt University, located in Nashville, capital of Tennessee, USA. Always looking for new learning experiences, I have moved between areas such as Education, Literature and Audiovisual, and today I am pleased to work with English through conversation classes and localization of video games for Brazil.
