About Shobit
I recently graduated in Computer Science and am now working as a Consultant at HighRadius, where I've handled live fintech projects for clients across the US, Europe, and Latin America, including Fortune 500 accounts. Alongside this, I've built a strong background in blockchain and Web3, with a top-30 national finalist ranking at a major hackathon and a place in a highly competitive global developer fellowship. I'm sharing this because I went through the same confusion most students face when trying to break into fintech and Web3, figuring out what actually gets noticed versus what's just noise, and I want to shortcut that process for others. My goal isn't to hand out generic career tips, but to give students the same practical, specific guidance I use in my own work and career decisions.

My approach is practical, not theoretical. We start by reviewing your current resume and LinkedIn profile, identify what recruiters in fintech and Web3 actually screen for, then rebuild both with specifics, not generic buzzwords. From there, sessions cover job search strategy, interview structure, and communication skills like framing your story clearly and speaking with confidence under pressure. Every session ends with a concrete action item, not just advice. These classes are built for final-year students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals targeting fintech, blockchain, or Web3 roles specifically.
