About Isabella
I am an enthusiastic piano tutor with 9 years of experience and a strong record of guiding more than 300 students to grow in music. I work with high school students, college learners, and adults who want to build skills at their own pace. My teaching philosophy is based on positivity, understanding, and structured lessons. I focus on helping students feel confident while learning new concepts. I explain ideas in simple terms and use real music examples to make lessons engaging and meaningful. I teach sight-reading, technique, scales, chords, rhythm patterns, and music theory in a clear and practical way. Many students I’ve taught have performed in events, learnt advanced pieces, or developed a deeper appreciation for music. My lessons encourage growth, creativity, and continuous improvement. Whether a student wants to learn classical pieces or modern songs, I support them with patience, clarity, and personalised guidance.

My Piano teaching approach combines communication, structured learning, and flexible teaching strategies that match the student’s learning pace. I believe in creating a comfortable environment where students feel free to explore music without fear of making mistakes. Understanding how the student learns helps me guide them better. Whether they respond best to visuals, sound, or step-by-step guidance, I adjust my teaching style accordingly. I cover important subjects such as Music Theory, Ear Training, Rhythm Studies, Sight-Reading, Chord Patterns, Scales, and Keyboard Techniques. These subjects help students become well-rounded musicians. I always use real-life examples, such as famous melodies, basic improvisation, or simple case studies from performances. These examples help students understand how concepts work outside the lesson. I break down difficult topics into small, clear steps so students never feel lost. I encourage questions and discussion to keep communication strong. Each lesson includes practical exercises, creative exploration, and review sessions to reinforce learning. My goal is to make piano learning enjoyable and meaningful by helping students build confidence, technical skill, and musical understanding.
