About Trixie

I am a passionate guitar tutor with 5 years of teaching experience, working with high school students, college learners, and elderly adults. My love for music inspires me to teach with energy and care. So far, I have taught around 150–200 students and helped them reach new milestones in their musical journey. A big achievement for me was organising a small online concert where my students performed from home.

Many were nervous at first, but they gained confidence and enjoyed the experience. It showed me how powerful encouragement can be. My teaching method is simple, patient, and positive. I make learning easy by breaking down lessons into clear steps. Whether a student wants to play their first song or prepare for a stage performance, I guide them with support and motivation.

About the lesson

My teaching style focuses on communication, adapting to the learner, and making every concept practical. I teach Guitar and related areas such as Music Theory, Ear Training, Chord Building, Solo Techniques, and Song Composition. I design lessons based on the student’s level and interests. I break complex topics into small steps and use simple explanations. For each technique, I give a real-life example from well-known songs so students can understand how it works.

I also use case studies to show how musicians apply theory in real performance situations. I encourage practice through structured exercises and regular feedback. Whether the student wants to strum, fingerpick, play lead, or write songs, I adjust the exercises to match their goals. My aim is to make guitar learning fun, clear, and motivating.
