About Emma
I’m a hardworking and passionate self-employed artist who’s been in love with illustration and cartoons for as long as I can remember. I’ve studied art and design for years and have graduated in 2017 with high honours by studying illustration and art business at Cleveland College of Art and Design. I have an eclectic taste when it comes to illustration, covering comics to magazine editorials to album covers, plus I have experience and knowledge in both traditional and digital art mediums.
I’m ready and willing to share my love of illustration and help you and your artwork flourish on your professional art journey !

When I teach, I like to start off by getting to know more about you as an artist. Such as what mediums and tools you prefer to use, who your inspirations are, any particular techniques you’d like to improve on, etc. I feel like the more I learn about you as an artist and your preferred career path, the more I can teach you and help you towards your goals. I have a large range of knowledge in different fields of art and illustration so I’m confident in being able to help you learn, no matter what your art preferences are.
I’m also a very relaxed and easy going person so I’m approachable and easy to talk to. I believe that managing work and stress is also very important in the art and illustration field so I’ll be able to help you with any stress or worries you may have plus I’ll help you with tips and techniques I’ve learned from personal experience.
