About Nitin

Currently, in my final year, I am an inextricable part of the R&D cell of Shiksha, an initiative to teach underprivileged kids by NIT Kurukshetra (NIRF Rank 6th in India). We give free education to children and work in the field of empowering those who are forced into child labour. The exercises of understanding the need, developing a curriculum to meet those needs and then working with these children to build their leadership skills and a strong moral character taught me the importance and art of relationship building, helped me develop an eye for detail, and nurtured my facilitation skills.

Having a Computer Engineering background, I am currently placed in an MNC as an Associate Consultant.

Also, I am a call getter (2021) from IIM Banglore, Calcutta, Indore, Lucknow, and Kozhikode.

About the lesson

In the words of William A. Ward -

”The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires.”

I believe that each child has a way of understanding concepts and facts. One may tell, explain, or demonstrate, but the best thing you can do with a child is to instil curiosity within her/him.

For teaching matters, my methods involve generating an idea about the concepts/theories via examples and then giving subsequent problems based on the concept.

I know Nitin personally as we went to same college. I have seen him teaching students. He used to take classes daily. His passion for teaching is commendable. The way he explained the Quant and Reasoning to 9 or 10th class student is amazing. He is one of the most dedicated person I have ever seen and I would recommend everyone choosing him as a tutor and I am damn sure you won't regret the decision.

His worksheets consists of very good problems which made me competition ready. Apart from this, he also helped me with my boards exams. Thanks to him, I got 95 in Maths.
