Kgaogelo treats her students individually. She personally gets to know her students and then uses a method that would work for them, which is very rare nowadays as most just use the same method with all their students.

Kgaogelo is patient and loving to all her students. She encourages her students and celebrates with them even with their smallest achievements and she is very understanding.

My sessions with Kgaogelo went very well. I had problems with excel and the tips and personalised information she planned for my lessons helped me a lot. She breaks down problems into small chunks and explains it bit by bit until we reach an understanding.

She knows how to work with her students. My daughter did the basic computer course with her and we're very happy with her work! She keeps to time and is also available for online classes.

Kgaogelo is very much experienced, skilful, computer literate and is competent, amongst others to deal with all types of learners. Has very massive and practical experience in teaching in a TVET environment and she also provides tutorial lessons to postgraduate students from diverse backgrounds. She is confident and engaging.
