With Mariana I managed to actually improve my Spanish through incredible culture and history-imbued language courses. My first language is Greek and at the beginning I was scared it would be an issue, but everything worked perfect. She designed a plan for me to be ready for a trip I made to Argentina last year. We had periodic oral proficiency interviews so I was also aware of my progress. Although she’s Mexican, she taught me Argentinian regionalisms and slang. I was able to speak to my business partners, their parents, and the younger generation without fear of screwing it up.
