Hope you are doing well!!

The most important aspect for me as teacher is to make sure that you are working not by mugging up things but by understanding it that is possible when you develop liking which comes from relevancy to life.Econ and Business both subjects are very relevant to day to day life and to understand that the best way is to keep it simple yet connected to world and surrounding so that you feel the real connection and it never becomes boring for you. I just try to do that and as well try to make sure I share my love and connection with the subject with the super enthusiastic Gen Z. Along with it I try to implement IB teaching padegogy which helps pupil to develop skill along with conceptual learning. I'm IBDP and CIE Econ examiner for IA and papers and this helps me improve writing pattern of kids which is one of the prominent reason of loosing score.
