The approach for my classes will be student centered , learning and engaging as we move forward. It will be an amalgamation of casual as well as formal simulations of the actual situations, where participants will be made conformable to speak and interact in groups, role playing as interviewer-interviewee situations, book review activities, news analysis and more such activities, which will be fun to do , learn and providing long term benefits for professional and personal development.
I encourage self-directed learning that is aligned with appropriate classroom goals which helps students feel involved in their education.
