About Jimmy
I am a lifelong fitness lover with lots of energy to burn. I have a home gym and love to work out with clients, friends and family alike. I enjoy meditation, teaching and reading. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and am an Ordained Minister of Metaphysical Sciences.

After learning what your goals are, we'll begin with a general fitness assessment. Each class lasts one hour and begins with stretching/warm up, then the lesson, & finally deep stretching/cool down. We will cultivate both the mental and physical.
