About Sameera
I am completing my honours in STEM education at the University of Johannesburg. I have completed my Bachelor's Degree in Education - Intermediate Phase. I have four years of practical experience that I completed during my years of study. I am also a tutor at the University of Johannesburg. I have interacted with a classroom of up to 40 learners. I am qualified to teach English, Geography, History, Science and Technology.

My teaching method is more learner centered than teacher centered. This means that I expect learners to engage with me during the lesson by using approaches such as question and answer. I also use visuals and activities during lesson so that learners can actively participate. This moves from learners just listening and receiving information from me.
