I am proficient in teaching English to grade 4 to grade 7 pupils. Lesson plans include teaching of vocabulary, language,comprehension , literacy which includes speech and drama.
Lessons are structured with specific objectives in mind as per syllabi requirements. Visual aids are essential. Lessons involve active pupil participation . Written consolidation and where relevant oral recap are done to check the level of accomplishment as per objective. Lessons are reinforced at end of a week or two week depending on nature of lesson. Remedial work is effected where necessary. Teaching and learning is most effective when done in a friendly but responsible manner.
