About Daniel
As an honors medical student on the cusp of becoming a physician, I pair rigorous scientific training with a genuine passion for teaching. My firsthand journey with ADHD fuels an empathetic, strengths-based approach that has helped learners from middle school through medical school sharpen their executive-function skills and excel in all subjects. I rely on evidence-backed techniques and my experience as a former athlete and personal trainer to help guide students effectively and gently to their dreams. When you work with me, you get a coach who understands busy brains, respects your goals, and shows up prepared every single session. I will teach you how to be your own best tutor in 4-8 hours, guaranteed.

My sessions start with a quick strengths-and-struggles audit so we can map your exact executive-function profile and goals.
From there we build a personalized “road map” that blends evidence-based tools—AI-generated active-recall decks, spaced-repetition calendars, and simple nutrition-and-movement tweaks that sharpen focus.
A typical lesson includes a 5-minute check-in, a targeted skills drill (e.g., prioritizing a physics problem set or creating an ADHD-friendly study block), live practice with real coursework, and a rapid reflection to lock habits in place.
Between meetings you’ll receive micro-tasks and progress dashboards for accountability. Students from middle school to medical school love that this proprietary system was battle-tested during my own honors-level med studies, so every strategy is practical, science-backed, and tuned to creative and wonderful brains.
