About ASHLEY

I was born in Zimbabwe. My home language is English with a bit of Afrikaans and some short sentences in African languages from living in Africa. I live in Cape Town, know as the Mother City. I have a passion for meeting tourists, I am also a qualified tour guide. I have a passion for the planet and an a tree hugger. I enjoy my life in Cape Town, (specifically Simons Town where I have the privilege of calling it my home) which has a vast variety of amazing History, where Rudyard Kipling spend a lot of time writing his books such the most famous The Jungle Book. Not only Cape Town but South Africa It has so much to offer tourists (as well as locals) a massive variety of things to see and do. I am proud of my country and have always been a huge fan of the wonder Nelson Mandela.

There are various versions of English from American English, European English as well as English in South Africa. Same words with different means the are completely the opposite as what you are assuming to be using. With dictionaries from Monolingual Dictionaries, A monolingual dictionary uses the same language for the words and their definitions. Etymological Dictionaries, An etymological dictionary traces a word's development over time, giving historical examples to show changes. Crossword Dictionaries, A crossword dictionary has words grouped together by the number of letters in the word to help people find words of a certain length to complete their crossword puzzles. Rhyming Dictionary, A Rhyming Dictionary is one where words are grouped together by their end sounds. When two words end with the same sound, they rhyme, used more frequently in poetry than prose as an effect. Thesaurus, A thesaurus is a book that organises words by categories and concepts, so synonyms and near-synonyms will be grouped together.

I am not deterred by any time difference. I will always strive to assist you with learning a wonderful language .

I would start off with the basics. I can assist you with the difference of how English is spoken and understood in the correct manner. I will give you the tools that you can use on a daily basis. I will dedicate my time to help you achieve your goals and introduce you to the broad spectrum of English as a whole. I will be patient and will assist you in every way possible. English is a very complicated language and I can assist you in many ways to achieve your goals of learning the speak, read and understand English.
