About Pauline
A graduate of Ajai Alai yoga school, I give regular group lessons in Autrans, but I also want to offer private lessons, to deepen a technique, make the hours of practice more flexible or adapt to specific needs.
This yoga helps to know ourselves better, to explore our feminine and masculine polarities, to connect us to our potential through dynamic postures, meditations, relaxations and chanting of mantras.
A practice variety that helps you stay in shape and feel good.
If your body is in pain or in remission from illness, yoga is a great accompaniment and very effective in many areas: sleep, joint pain, digestion , hormonal balance ...

The course lasts 1 hour and there is no need specific equipment or a lot of space.
We can practice on a chair if necessary.
