Meditation and related concepts of Eastern spirituality, and Western self-help have revolutionized my life. It has helped me out of depression, weed and nicotine addiction, and given my life meaning. I can't exaggerate how much brighter my view of life has become, and how much better I feel about myself. my practice has given me better focus, given me insight into what I want with my life, and made me happier in everyday life. This is something I want to share with as many people as possible. Your whole life can be turned on its head in just a few weeks of dedicated effort!
