I hold a Bachelor(Visharad) degree in Bharatanatyam, and have undergone training in power yoga. I teach Bharatanatyam with an added dimension of well-being using yogic exercises.

About Jasmine
Pursuing Masters in Bharatanatyam. I have trained under Guru Smt. Kanaka Sudhakar, from a lineage of legendary gurus like the Dhananjayans and Kalakshetra Foundation in Chennai. I am otherwise an English Honours Student in Miranda House College for Women, University of Delhi.

My bani is Kalakshetra. I stress on strong foundation and basics. My classes begin with a structured warm up. Emphasis on body awareness, alignment, flexibility, strength and stamina is laid along with rigorous and insightful practice. Motivation is the key!
