Over the past 16+ years, I have supported stars on their journey as a music producer and mixing engineer under FRIDZ (concealed information) signed with Universal as a songwriter, been signed by Sony/The Orchard as an artist, and learned about the business side as an A&R manager. My journey took me from an audio engineering diploma at SAE Institute to teaching at Abbey Road Institute and Germany's largest academies for music production students. Now I share my experience in my mentoring program (concealed information) to show aspiring producers how to systematically turn their ideas into top-quality sound. Are you in?

Are you having trouble finishing tracks or are you new to Ableton and Logic? Are you confused by conflicting tips on YouTube? Are you wondering why your mixes don't sound the way you want them to, why you can't achieve a certain style, or what your tracks are missing? Unsure how to work with singers, produce more efficiently, or advance your career as a producer? Then you've come to the right place! What you can expect:
- Individual support and customised lessons.
- Feedback on your tracks and specific tips for improvement.
- Practical and efficient work directly in your DAW project.
- Help with setting and achieving realistic goals.
- Screen recordings and summaries of all online sessions.
- Flexibility in booking and scheduling.
Which DAW: I have worked professionally with FL Studio, Logic, GarageBand, and Ableton for many years. If you want to learn these DAWs from scratch, you've come to the right place. But professional music isn't created by the DAW, but by your knowledge of arrangement, sound design, composition, drum programming, mixing, and more. That's why I also teach Cubase, Reason, Pro Tools, Studio One, Bitwig, Reaper... and many others. As long as you know the basics of one of these DAWs, I'll show you everything you need to know.

I came to Fritz with almost zero knowledge about DAWs and music theory. I played a little guitar, but that was it. What impressed me most was how he tailored every session to my level without making me feel like a beginner. Very patient, very skilled. Already recommended him to a friend. The summaries he sends after each lesson are incredibly useful - I go back to them all the time (video and text)
I'm a singer and wanted to mix my own demos. Somehow I couldn't get anywhere, and YouTube tutorials aren't for me (ADHD). Since we've been working on it in a structured way, I can see how I'm improving Thanks Fritz!!
I've been taking regular lessons with Fritz for over a year now. He has a good sense of where you are and what you need to work on. We worked directly on my own tracks, which helped me immensely to better implement my ideas! He also has a great sense of humor haha!
super nice guy, I felt comfortable right from the start! u can tell he has real passion for music, and that somehow rubs off on u. im still at the beginning, but looking forward to the next lessons :)

- Do you offer one-off lessons? -
You can try out my lessons in up to three single lessons with no obligation - this way, we can find out without any risk whether we’re a good fit. For our ongoing time together, I go with 10-session packages. Why? Because one-off lessons only treat the symptoms, while a set number of sessions creates the continuity needed to guarantee deep, lasting change. And that’s exactly what I want for my students.
– What genres do you teach? -
ADVANCED: pop (everything from the 80s to today), urban (hip hop, lo-fi, R&B, neo soul, dancehall, reggaeton), electronic (synthwave, ambient), SoundCloud (future beats, hyperpop, breakcore, phonk), selected dance genres (gen-z trance, pop house, nu disco, french house, eurodance, tropical house, italo disco) BEGINNERS: EDM (mainstream house, trance), bass music (future bass, drum & bass, dubstep, EDM trap), IDM, afrobeats, NOT AT ALL: band recordings (rock, pop rock, metal, jazz, folk), underground dance music (house, techno, psytrance)
- What do we do in the free session? -
I'll give you a 30-minute strategy session where we'll discuss your questions and musical goals and work out a personalised plan for you. If you already have demos, we can listen to them and take a first look at your projects. That way, you'll know exactly how I can support you.
- How does online mentoring work? -
We will use Zoom for seamless collaboration. This allows you to easily and securely share your screen, mouse, keyboard, and sound card output with me, as if we were working on your project together.
- What can I expect? -
Forget YouTube clickbait and secret “hacks.” Success in music doesn't come from magic tricks, but from regular practice. I don't offer quick shortcuts, but something much more valuable: individual support, clear feedback, and a structured plan. Not every session will change your life - but the process as a whole will. Your success grows with your consistency. To make such breakthroughs possible, I prefer students who are willing to invest in themselves regularly.
