About Patricia
As the mother of three children and someone who has always loved teaching, I expect my students and I to get along great. I have been a writer since the age of 9 or less. I was published in a poetry book when I was 12 and I have always found a passion for writing. I enjoy reading and using my imagination while I read. I can completely immerse myself in reading and imagining what the characters are feeling. Teaching English gives me a sense of joy that I can help someone become a better writer or a better speaker. I am very patient, hard working and loving. If you can handle the lesson plans, I can teach you!

As we get started to learn, we will figure out where you are in your journey to English literacy. We will start with a literacy exam. I will send a link to you for the free literacy exam and we will start from there.
I am very patient and hard working. If you make the effort to show up and do your best to learn, we will get along great.
A typical lesson plan will start with the testing to show your skill level. Then we will start with learning main words in the english language. Some of the language repeats itself but has different definitions, so we will have to talk about that also. While I, as a native English speaker, could say that it is easy to learn, I don't believe the English language is easier than any other language to learn. If you keep at it and keep your head up, you'll be able to pass the course and learn how to read, write and talk in the English language by the time we are done!
