About Zoë
I am a very outgoing, bubbly person with a passion for Modern History and Classic Literature.
I hold an MA(hons) in History, alongside a Joint BA(hons) in History and English Literature from Bangor University in North Wales. I specialise in Victorian Literature and History, having completed both dissertations focusing on the studies of Victorian Women within Northern England and their depictions within various works of victorian literature.
I am also a semi-professional Folk songwriter and musician with over 10 years of experience.

I am able to successfully adapt my teaching methods in order to suit each and every student. As a recent graduate (2019) , I have recent experience in the education system and with its inner workings.
I aim to teach in a fun way that combines each students abilities and strengths with enjoyable tasks such as games, quizzes and the creation of memorable phrases or songs. Each lesson lasts an hour, and has clear aims and objectives.
I specialise in Modern History with a focus on Victorian literature and industrial Britain.
