About Bhaskar
I am a Computer Science Graduate by education. Have 20 Years of IT industry experience in various IT Infrastructure Projects, Support and Maintenance. Apart from my corporate job, I am very connected to my family and have always personally attended to my childrens education needs.
I have never sent my son a Class 4 student ( CBSE) to any Tution center and have been personally coaching him. I have been teaching him "Hindi" and he has been scoring quite well. Hence I started to think that I could also help other children of similar classes who are in need.

I would like to first know the student personally and understand the students capability and his/her current stand, on the subject. Then only I get into the subject. My approach is always to help the student to help themselves and not mere spoon-feed them. In Hindi I would first explain the chapters to them to ensure they understand the context, learn the meanings of tough words , is able to read properly/clearly. Then only I get into the Standard Question and Answers. Today lot of children just memorize the chapters question and answers and other standard asignements that is provided in the end of the chapter and litereraly vomit it out at the Tests/examination. They probaly get good marks but they don't really learn the subject. This spoils their learning abilities and they are sure to struggle during the later classes since they have not learnt the language properly.
I am more of a mentor and coach than being only a subject teacher.
