About Sindhu
I am a Carnatic Vocal teacher and a professional performer of arts. I have 20 years of experience in teaching and performing Carnatic Vocal music • I am from a well-known musical family as both my parents also were performers of art. My first guru in music was my father Shri. Sethumadhavan, at the age of 7. I had then started learning music from Smt. Alamelu Mani teacher, mother of well-known singer and composer Shri. Hariharan. I have also done Advanced Diploma in Vocal music from Kalakshetra, College of Fine Arts, Chennai, a well-known Institute of Music and Dance. I have been teaching students vocal music for the past 20 years through online and offline. Please note: Minimum age required for the beginner level is 7 years old children. • Subjects Carnatic Music

I teach Carnatic vocal music using traditional techniques that include exercises, songs, and graded lessons. My goal is to make my students master the basics of swaras (notes), talas (rhythms), and alankaras (ornamentation). I also explain the basic and advanced theory according to the lessons taken by me so that the students can understand the concepts better.
