About Alan
I am an engineer by profession and moved into management consultancy in my late 20's. I am UK based and have worked internationally mainly in the middle and far east mostly with corporate energy companies ... though I have mentored 30+ business owners. A large part of my experience has been in management training - I have a keen interest in management, leadership, performance management, business change and transformation and organisational development and offer training programmes in these areas.

The content of my materials is grounded in proven methods which I have applied successfully in practice. While these have theoretical foundations, my emphasis is to provide context to their use in professional life so that developing managers and leaders can make direct use of the knowledge gained for career progression. My style is highly participative and paced such that the learner can check understanding, challenge and debate for reinforcement and confidence in application in the workplace. My materials will cover professionals up to Level 7, but can be delivered at lower levels to progress the learner upwards at a pace that consolidates knowledge and experience and is aligned with career development needs.

My materials have a higher content than that generally available, and likely to be career differentiators.
