About George
I have worked at all levels as a business professional from starting as an audit junior with Deloitte in London to being Chief Financial Officer of the Australian and Asian operations of three large American and European multinationals.
Much of my time has been spent preparing and quantifying business strategies and setting up accounting and business management systems for new and expanding organisations. I have also raised equity and debt capital fund and sustain business development.
My responsibilities have also included IT, HR, governance and compliance in Australia and four other countries.
I have hired and mentored many young professionals, some of whom now hold senior positions within their respective businesses. I regard this as one of my greatest achievements.

My teaching method focusses on the practical application of theory, knowledge and skills.
I have taught classes at TAFE as well as been a guest lecturer at Griffith and Bond Universities.
I am a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and have an MBA (with distinction) from Griffith University.
I have won several awards including Regional Finance Director of the Year in 2019.
I prefer to teach senior high school, candidates for professional exams and undergraduate level students.
