About Bill
My name is Bill, and I live in Woking, which is near London. I am a graduate of Edinburgh Univeristy, with a BA Honours degree in Law and French. I am CELTA qualified and hold a advanced TEFL certificate in teaching business English.
I spent 25 years working in International digital marketing in London, managing and training sales teams across Europe. Asia and America and for the last 5 years I have been teaching English online to students and professionals from across the world.
My lessons are fun and friendly, but always with a clear objective. I love the English language and I love teaching it. I can help you with grammar, email writing, pronunciation, conversational English, CV writing, interview preparation, IELTS training etc, or we can have a conversation about sport, politics or popular culture. It's up to you.
In my spare time I love to follow sport and enjoy playing golf. I am interested in US and UK politics and popular culture. I also love cooking (not always successfully!). I also have two young children who keep me very busy!
