About Rachel
I am a professional educator and coach with twenty years of experience from early childhood education to coaching senior citizens. My philosophy is that it's never too late to achieve your dreams, and I am committed to helping my students work through any mindset or other setbacks that may be keeping them from feeling fully empowered on their learning journey.

During executive function coaching lessons, I work with my students to identify a particular project and any blockages that might have been interfering in their ability to complete the project. Then, we develop a plan to accomplish this project. I also provide body doubling and accountability lessons where I set timers to assist people in accomplishing the important tasks in their plans.
