I pride myself on all that I have learned about meditation and mindfulness. I have studied under a wonderful mindfulness practitioner, and I have attended programs focusing on anxiety reduction and meditative practices. I would love to share my learned skills with others!

I consider my method of teaching to be based on accessible goals and positive learning experiences above all.
I consider myself a former anxious kid, and I have worked very hard to change my own mindset and outlook on the world using Mindfulness. I find it easy and beneficial to connect with others like me and teach them the wonderful meditative practices I have learned.
