I’m a high school graduate who matriculated last year with a high average for Afrikaans HL. I’m passionate about helping people in understanding and feeling comfortable in speaking Afrikaans. I’m currently doing tutoring classes as a way to build my CV, help others and save up for further studies. I hope to be the tutor that helps you achieve your dream grades!

My Afrikaans lessons are designed to be engaging, supportive, and tailored to each student’s needs. I focus on making Afrikaans feel less intimidating and more practical by explaining concepts clearly, using real-life examples, and moving at a pace that works for the learner. I aim to build confidence as well as understanding, so students don’t just memorise rules but actually feel comfortable using the language.
I adapt my lessons to match school curricula, tests, and exams, while also helping students improve their speaking, writing, reading, and comprehension skills. My goal is to create a relaxed learning environment where questions are encouraged and mistakes are part of the learning process.
