About Ruchi
More than 10 years of experience of teaching.I am a passionate trainer with a PhD degree.I have effective communication skills and the motivation to take on challenging work. I'm also skilled at lesson planning, class instruction and stem integration.In my tenure of teaching, I have seen two major misconceptions amongst the students (a) They want to learn the new technologies without learning their origin and (b) They want an easy solution for all the problems. The young minds are impatient, so the first thing is to make them realize that understanding different concepts requires time, dedication and patience. Though students are much dependent on Internet for any of the curious questions they have in mind and don’t try to think about the answer. My motto for teaching is to make the student think. The students follow the good faculty and so my first job when new students are assigned to me is to develop faith amongst the students so that the students come up with their problems and are clear about the subject.
