I Believe Dance is one of the most multi-purpose skills and the perfect dancing comes from the understanding of the music and moves. Generally I started my class with area of interest of student while interacting with them and then quick warmup session then I teach students few steps on fitness songs to see how capable they are learning and understand their grasp of learning and how interested their body to catch up quickly and as per student performance and capability I teach dance technique from beginner to advance level.
As I have experience of teaching in my workout fitness dance classes with kids and college students.
