I am also with a group of people looking to start up a recording label, but me personally I have an organisation which doesn't profit from your talent, just from clothing sales. The organisation is perfect for people who want to be noticed for their talent and get venue bookings.

With the vocal coaching, the first thing I will go over is breathing exercises and then go into your sound and how to make your sound work. Then we work on the scaling and pitch tones, we will be writing songs and learn to get comfortable recording and performing them. Most importantly is effort training to increase the level of fun this actually is and when its time to record something you can give it 100%!
