About Milly
My name is Milly and last year I graduated with a 1st Class degree from the University of Leeds. I’m passionate about languages and literature and I specialise in French and English. I’m an enthusiastic educator, having worked at two secondary schools in French during my studies. I teach best when I form a good connection with my students, which I think is particularly important in the subjects I teach: French and English. I’ve tutored young people of all ages and I’m committed to helping my students achieve their potential by talking through problems with me, building the confidence of my tutees and using a variety of learning styles from conversation exercises in French to quizzes to past-paper focussed classes and written projects. My teaching experience in France has given me an excellent opportunity to develop a flair for teaching in ways which are meaningful and memorable to students of all ages.
