About Henry

I offer an empathetic and non-judgemental approach to life coaching, I can get you back on track and hold you accountable for the goals we set together. I specialise in long-term planning and starting from scratch. I have probably seen and heard it all, it really doesn't matter where you are, it is where you want to be that counts. I'm here to help. I work as an Associate Professor at a UK University, PhD trained, over ten years of experience.

About the lesson

My sessions are structured around you, I start with a diagnostic session to see where you are at and where you'd like to be. There's nothing that cannot be solved but, I need to be told everything in order to get a full picture of how I can best help. We then switch focus to goal creation and setting clear milestones with touch-points. My aim is always to empower you so that you do not need a life coach for very long.
