About Sushil
Hello! My name is Sushil Rathi, and I am a dedicated BC teacher with a passion for helping students learn, grow, and become confident in their abilities.
As a teacher, I understand that every student learns differently. Some students need extra practice, some need concepts explained in a different way, and others simply need someone who can encourage them and make learning less stressful. My approach is patient, supportive, and personalized.
I offer online tutoring for students in Grades 1–12, with a particular focus on Mathematics, Physics, Pre-Calculus, Geography, Social Studies, homework support, and test preparation.
In my lessons, I break challenging topics into simple, manageable steps and use examples, practice questions, visual explanations, and activities to make learning easier to understand. I encourage students to ask questions and make mistakes because mistakes are an important part of learning.
I don't believe tutoring should be about simply giving students the correct answer. My goal is to help students understand the process, develop problem-solving skills, and become more independent learners.
Whether a student is struggling with a particular topic, preparing for an upcoming exam, or looking to strengthen their skills, I will create lessons around their individual needs and learning goals.
My goal is simple: to help every student feel more confident, capable, and successful in their learning journey.

I am a dedicated BC teacher who believes that every student can learn when concepts are explained clearly, patiently, and in a way that matches their learning style.
My lessons are personalized, supportive, and practical. I don't simply give students answers—I help them understand why the answer works and develop the confidence to solve problems independently.
