About Phathiswa

My name is Phathiswa Wendy Ndamane, and I am passionate about helping learners unlock their potential through patient, personalized, and engaging tutoring. I hold an N6 in Educare and Training and am currently completing my Diploma in Grade R Teaching. With hands-on experience working with children from Grade R to Grade 9, I understand how to support learners at different developmental stages, both academically and emotionally. I believe that every student is unique, and my lessons are carefully tailored to suit each learner’s individual needs, pace, and goals. My teaching style is learner-centered, interactive, and supportive — I strive to create a safe and positive environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow. What makes me unique as a tutor is my ability to connect with learners, boost their confidence, and turn challenges into opportunities for growth. I focus not only on academic improvement but also on developing important skills such as problem-solving, critical thinking, and independent learning.
