About Olivia
I’m Olivia Espinoza, a Pilates instructor and wellbeing professional with years of experience teaching movement, strength and body awareness.
I specialise in Mat and Reformer Pilates, helping clients improve core strength, posture, mobility, balance and confidence through controlled, purposeful movement.
My approach is focused on helping you feel stronger, move better and build a body that supports you for the long term, with particular attention to healthy ageing, longevity and everyday function.
