About Talia
Former full-time professor in Political Science & Public Administration ; taught eight groups of students approximately 20-80 students in each group.
• Taught seven different courses: Introduction to Political Science, Theories of Globalization, History of Political Theory I,
• History of Political Theory II, History of Political Economy, International Organizations & Theories of International Relations.
• Left the post so I can study my masters, and PhD. My teaching job is on hold, if I were interested in returning to this post.

The research degree explored through mainly qualitative research methods the Mexican war on drug trafficking through three
case studies of northern Mexican border states: Tamaulipas, Coahuila, and Chihuahua. The research focused on those states
whilst arguing that the Mexican war on drug trafficking has its roots in certain aspects of Mexican history, which explains the
failed attempts by the United States and Mexico to solve the conflict.
