I have 6 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults who have been through challenging and traumatic events. I practice the most effective tools upon myself and am always deepening in my inner self work so I can help clients most effectively. I personally practice meditation and energy healing every day.

Changes happen within! We begin with a discussion about challenges students are facing and then perform mindfulness to transform the challenged parts of the student's into something that can more effectively deal with the outer circumstances. This process of inner change requires the student's stillness and inner focus in meditation. We will be dialoguing while in that focused meditative state. I will be guiding the practice and checking in with the student.
