Hello! I'm Peyton, an 18 Year old Self taught Blender hobbyist with 5 years of experience.

About Peyton
I learned Blender and the 3D modeling workflow on my own with very little assistance from tutorials. I've created models and textures that go above and beyond the industry standard. With that in mind, I know what it's like to be a beginner in complex 3D software, and have my own set of tips and tricks that allowed me to digest the information more easily. I'm eager to share those with whoever wants to hear.
Originally, my goal was to learn the bare minimum of every creative software needed to make a video game. I did end up doing that, but in the process, I realized that by just understanding the simplest form of them, mainly Blender. It made the software very easy and digestible to learn. Soon enough, I was creating art that was game-ready and on par with people who had learned it the traditional way for a far longer period of time.
I've taught people closer to me and some local gigs on this way of learning creative software, and for all of them, the "jank" and unintuitive nature of Blender, Unity, Ableton, etc., faded away very quickly.
I truly believe that the way I can teach Blender is something that will be very helpful to anyone who wants to understand it.

Most lessons will consist of learning each step of creating works of 3D art, and eventually moving forward to combining the process together to help assist and guide through creating your own personal interests and ideas in Blender. We will start at primitive modelling and move through each concept, ending at compositing at your own pace.
I will create a personalized cheat sheet during every lesson and send it to you afterwards, so you have everything you need to know written and annotated when you create art in your own time.
Every lesson will be as engaging as possible and I am completely fine with going overtime to get concepts down. The only thing I expect is that you give as much effort as possible to getting to your goals in 3D art. I love enthusiasm.
