About Alix

I am a native French speaker, currently working at the Centre Francophone Hamilton.

I tutored children in French in the past. I know how difficult it can be to learn a second language, and I have found strategies to improve while still having fun.

I want to help you learn or improve your French through engaging classes.

I am looking forward to meeting with you!

About the lesson

I will set your objectives and goals during the first lesson and see where you are in your French learning journey, whether in writing, reading, listening, speaking, or all.

Depending on what type of lesson you are the most comfortable with, I can offer you games, role-play, lectures, french music, and more, drawing into French culture. I believe every learner is different and needs to learn with materials they are the most comfortable with.

All levels are welcome.
