About Lerato
In my spare time, I love to spend time with my family, especially my daughter who is nine years old. I also like to go out in nature, watch movies, and read books.
I remember being young and my school teacher educating me on knowledge being my greatest investment in life and that once I am educated and full of knowledge no one can ever take that away from me. That is the reason why I have the passion for learning and teaching people across the world because there is so much power in sharing knowledge.

Hello! My name is Lerato, and I am a friendly and patient English tutor from South Africa.
I help adult learners become more confident when speaking English in everyday, professional and social situations. My areas of focus include conversational English, Business English, workplace communication, customer service, interview preparation, vocabulary and pronunciation.
Through my professional experience in financial services, administration and customer service, I understand the importance of communicating clearly and confidently. I can help you prepare for meetings, interviews, presentations, workplace conversations and interactions with customers.
My lessons are relaxed, supportive and adapted to your personal goals. You do not have to worry about making mistakes—mistakes are part of learning! We can use guided lessons, role-play, interesting topics or natural conversation to improve your English.
I enjoy meeting people from different countries and learning about their cultures. Whether you are a beginner who needs encouragement or a professional who wants to communicate more effectively, I would be delighted to work with you.
Book a lesson with me, and let’s build your English confidence together!
