About Dawn

I have studied Psychology and taken a course in Dialectal Behavioural Therapy, which focuses on mindfulness. I heavily engage in mindfulness research.

About the lesson

My teaching can be one on one or in a group setting - whichever you find most comfortable. Each session will start of with a meditation/breathing exercise to focus the mind and ease any anxiety.
