About Liza
I spent 8 years working in advertising before I decided to finally pursue my career dream of working with plants!
On top of my existing life-long experience with gardening, I am currently getting an amazing education at the New York Botanical Garden and am working at an amazing landscaping firm that has taught me so much about the professional side of native plantings.
I also have an extensive knowledge of the history of different garden movements and cultures.
Some fun facts about me; I speak fluent English and Russian, I love all arts and crafts but especially crochet, and my world is full because I get to share it with my two amazing cats.
I am so excited to share my experiences with you, and bring some super fun garden education to your own backyard!

I also provide "muddy paws" sessions with children, getting their hands in the dirt and teaching them about the science of plants and helping them grow their own plants!
