About Isabelle
I am currently an Integrative Counselling undergraduate student moving onto their second year of academic study. I began my journey with psychology as an academic subject upon starting my GCSEs and immediately fell in love with the subject - particularly the theoretical aspects. This love followed through to studying the subject as part of my A-Levels, which gave me a far deeper understanding of not only the subject and its applications, but also myself and the concept of the human condition. It was during my time at Sixth Form that my attention was directed to the various therapeutic interventions for mental health disorders, with counselling being the most appealing to me; hence why I am currently on an academic pathway specialising in this.
I also have previous, though more limited, study experience with history, sociology, French and German at a Level3/GCSE level of study.
As mentioned earlier I am based in East Anglia, West Suffolk specifically, and am only comfortable both in terms of time management and travel to tutor within this area.

I consider my approach to tutoring to be calm and easy-going, while still being engaging and challenging, when necessary, to give students the support they need while keeping them on track for their studies.
Lessons would typically last an hour, and no more than 90 minutes - unless a study package has been arranged.
I have some varied experience assisting other students of various academic subject/level, mostly from earlier years of study in my chosen area. However, I dedicate myself to helping others with their study wherever possible - usually on campus with peers.
My lessons would be primarily suitable for GCSE and A-Level students.
