About Irena
I studied Hebrew philology at Moscow State University and moved to Israel in 2011. Since then I've built my entire professional life in Hebrew: first in optometry, then for the past decade in clinical research across hospitals, an international health-tech startup, and a global pharmaceutical company. I started teaching Hebrew years ago with children in Jewish schools in Moscow, and watched students move from failing grades to real, confident conversation within months. That combination — hands-on teaching experience plus a real career conducted in Hebrew — is what I bring to every lesson.

My lessons are for intermediate and advanced Hebrew speakers who want their Hebrew to finally match their professional level — not beginners starting from scratch. I teach in Russian and English.
I work with intermediate and advanced learners who already have a foundation and want their Hebrew to match their professional level. I can help with:
• Business Hebrew — meetings, negotiations, presentations, professional email
• Medical Hebrew — clinical settings, patient interaction, hospital environments
• Pharma & biotech Hebrew — R&D, lab and cross-functional team communication
• Regulatory affairs Hebrew — submissions, authority communication, compliance terminology
• Quality control & quality assurance (QC/QA) Hebrew — audits, SOPs, documentation, inspections
• Clinical research Hebrew — site coordination, trial documentation, sponsor and CRA communication
Each lesson works from real material from your field — the emails you need to write, the meetings you need to get through, the terminology specific to your work — combined with the grammar to back it up. No generic textbook dialogues.
