About Cassidy
I'm a hospitality student. At school I took part in sports, and I was always good.
I did 100m , 200m and long distance.
I used to jog each morning before school and at night before dinner. I was really great. I still am though.

About the lesson

My teaching method is. I start each practical lesson with warm ups, such as jogging , jumps , everything just to get everyone warmed up.
After that our sessions starts, we begin by 5 of each item at a time and take a 5 min break just to get your breath back.
