I am an absolute FOODIE and love love LOVE healthy recipes. I have general hospitality education and have a side career as a caterer for small parties and events. I have a professional career as a designer and architect, where this part of my personality strongly influence the style, taste, and composition of my food.

My teaching methodology is that YOU should believe in what you do! This is where you find your niche (in my opinion). My food techniques are for everyone, especially if you are a beginner or intermediate, young or adult. If you are a mommy and need advice on weekly groceries, meal prepping, or quick and easy lunch and dinner recipes, then my class is perfect for you. I love recipes made from scratch, with good-quality ingredients.
As a tutor and self-taught foodie, I want to share my knowledge, passion, and appreciation of whole food, and healthy food with other foodies. I love efficiency and "no fuss" when creating my own recipes, so needless to say, the recipes are all super easy, quick, minimal ingredients, easy to achieve, and most importantly SO DELICIOUS!!
